The document has been included in both Word and PDF format and is structured so as to allow users the option to either interrogate specific aspects of the PBC agenda or the entire toolkit. It is important to note that the toolkit is predominantly designed for staff in PCTs but will be of value to both Strategic Health Authorities (SHAs) and Practices.
