Members of the Pharmacy Regulations and Guidance user group discussed at their March 2010 meeting those categories of persons that may not take part in control of entry decisions (Regulation 24(6)). It was agreed that PCTs should ensure their panels are properly constituted, have delegated authority from the Board, and that the Panel should ensure persons who take part in the decision making comply with the requirements of this Regulation Further support on this is contained within the control of entry guidance.
NHS Hampshire kindly agreed to share the declaration of disinterest that all members of the pharmacy applications committee are asked to sign.
