This is the first iteration of a dynamic, ‘live’ document intended to support PCTs with communications over the reprocurement. It is intended that as the first regions begin the call-off stage of their reprocurement, we learn and share experiences and accordingly alter the toolkit for maximum benefit.
A generic set of Q&A for PCTs to use as required. A small selection of likely questions from which to draw answers for adaptation for patients, public and NHS colleagues.
