PCTs are under a duty to ensure their PNA remains up-to-date and are required to publish a revised assessment in certain circumstances (Regulation 3D of the NHS (Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2005, as amended). This checklist will assist PCTs in preparing to publish a revised assessment.
