The Department of Health and PSNC have agreed the requirements to fulfil paragraph 26 (2) (a) (iii) of Schedule 1 to the National Health Service (Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2005 - the requirement to conduct an annual community pharmacy patient questionnaire (formerly referred to as the Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire). The Clinical Governance specification of the Essential Services requires pharmacy contractors to conduct an annual patient survey.
