Easter Sunday
PCTs are reminded that Easter Sunday has been added to the list of days when a pharmacy is deemed to be open and as such should bee treated in the same way as bank and public holidays. Pharmacies are therefore not required to apply to change core hours or notify to amend supplementary hours on this day. PSNC have accordingly amended their Bank holiday notification form which can be found here. Pharmacies are encouraged to advise their PCTs of their intentions on public and bank holidays and PCTs may find it useful to use this form.
