Following the release of the Local Pharmaceutical Services (Essential Small Pharmacies) (Amendment) (No.2) Directions 2010, NHS PCC has prepared a contract variation notice that PCTs may wish to use when extending their ESPLPS contracts until March 2013. The notice assumes that the numbering adopted in the signed contract follows that used in the Essential Small Pharmacies Local Pharmaceutical Services model contract produced by the Department of Health in March 2006.
