We are inviting people to submit posters on commissioning with a social enterprise. You can submit a poster even if you are unable to attend the event, unfortunately we will not be able to fund the production of posters. Subscriber Event Booking Terms & Conditions
Please take a moment to read our new booking terms for subscriber events
- This event is open to NHS PCC subscribers only.
- This event is only open to subscribers from the SHA area.
- By booking on this event you are using 1 event place from your PCTs' allocation.
- Places may be limited per organisation
- The event is free of charge to subscribers.
- Places are allocated on a first come first served basis.
- This event is NOT open to private individuals or organisations.
- If you work for more than one PCT, please state at the time of booking which organisation you are representing at the event.
- If the PCT would like to nominate a non PCT staff member to attend the event on their behalf this must be done in writing by a PCT staff member to events@pcc.nhs.uk and this place will come from the PCTs allocation.
- If the events are oversubscribed NHS PCC will keep a small reserve list of 10 names.
- NHS PCC may photograph or film this event for use in marketing material.
- Your contact details may be distributed to the delegates at the event. If you object to this please contact us and we will remove your details.
- The agenda and venue directions will be issued via email at least 5 working days prior to the event and are available from www.pcc.nhs.uk/events
- NHS PCC reserve the right to cancel bookings to ensure fair role and geographical representation.
- By making a booking to attend an NHS PCC subscriber event you are agreeing to be bound by the NHS PCC subscriber event booking terms and conditions.
Cancellations
- All cancellations and replacements must be made in writing to events@pcc.nhs.uk
- Cancellations can be made upto 6pm on the day before the event
- Any delegate that cancels after this time, will forfeit their event place allocation.
At the event
- You may be asked to show some identification at the event, please bring some photographic ID with you.
- If you send a replacement on the day, please ask them to explain this to the NHS PCC staff member on-site.
- If you have not booked a delegate place but turn-up on the day you will only be admitted if you are from a subscriber PCT. Your attendance will still be deducted from the PCTs' allocation.
