There are no official Government service standards for services for victims of violence against women and girls, other than the SARC minimum elements set out by the previous Government. However, some third sector organisations have developed their own standards, which commissioners may find useful.
Women's Aid Federation - standards for domestic and sexual violence services
Co-ordinated Action Against Domestic Abuse (CAADA) have an accreditation process for Independent Domestic Violence Advisors (IDVAs) and for Multi-agency Risk Assessment Conferences (MARACs)
