On the main menu click on Tools then select Internet Options
Under the General tab you will see a box at the top where you can enter a URL
Type in the NHS PCC address - http://www.pcc.nhs.uk - as your homepage. Then click OK. If you are on the NHS PCC website when you open this window, you can just press the Use Current key

On the main menu click on Edit then select Preferences
Select Navigator from the category list

On the main menu bar click on Navigation and select Set Home.
In the Global Home Page field, type our URL - http://www.pcc.nhs.uk Click OK
On exiting Opera, select the Save Windows checkbox.
On launching Opera, you will need to click on Home in the toolbar.
