Guidance has been developed to support PCTs where they identify non-compliance with the requirements of the Pharmaceutical Services (Advanced and Enhanced Services) (England) Directions 2005 or the Pharmaceutical Services (Advanced Services) (Appliances) (England) Directions 2009. The document will also support PCTs in deciding what action to take where they have identified that a contractor has over claimed on MURs and AURs undertaken in a financial year.
