QOF end of year process implications for indicators PE7 and PE8
The DH is running a national GP patient survey which includes the assessment of practice achievement of the patient experience access indicators in the QOF that cover 48 hour access and advance booking. The timescale of this survey has implications for how PCTs should manage the QOF end of year process.
