Version 2.3 of the home oxygen order form (HOOF) has been published by DH and is available on the PCC website. The new HOOF can be used with immediate effect, although suppliers will still accept the old version until the end of October 2009. Clinicians do not need to reissue existing HOOFs. The new HOOF will be available in electronic format - no hard copies are being produced.
