GP practices were sent new information leaflets and posters to support the 2009 GP patient survey which goes live 5 January 2009. DH guidance is being published next week to provide SHAs and PCTs further information on the new survey arrangements. This plans to advise PCTs that they may wish to arrange for copies of the posters to be displayed in other public venues or include information articles on their websites to help raise public awareness that the survey is taking place.
