Amending regulations were laid in Parliament on 21 March 2010 and come into force on 24 May 2010. They insert new requirements into the 2005 Regulations relating to the production of pharmaceutical needs assessments by PCTs. In addition they make some unrelated, minor amendments to the 2005 Regulations and the NHS (Local Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2006. They can be found here.
