The Primary Care Commissioning Practice Based Commissioning team has published a series of PBC Bulletins and this is an ongoing process. Following on directly from the PBC Toolkit, Bulletin 1 addresses some of the key issues that PCTs face in terms of preparing to implement PBC. Included in the Bulletin are links to further examples from PCTs.
