  • a named local advisor to provide general primary care commissioning advice and support
  • specialist advice in areas of primary care contracting and commissioning through our wider network of advisors and associates
  • local network support for all areas of primary care
  • up to 50 delegate places at national and local events at various venues around the country
  • access to expert national helpdesk services on all primary care commissioning and contracting
  • access to NHS PCC subscriber only materials, eg. specialist bulletins, proforma documents to support performance management or disputes management, needs assessment frameworks and strategies
  • identification of good practice and exemplars
  • signposting of reference materials both new and old
  • exclusive access to the subscriber only restricted area of the PCC website, whilst maintaining access to all other areas
  • exclusive access to the subscriber area of the New@PCC newsletter whilst maintaining access to all other areas
  • access via PCT for local independent contractors to NHS PCC services as appropriate
  • the local advisor will co-ordinate the service to local PCTs and provide access to national services and expert advice
  • the service will be shaped by a local steering group on which every subscribing organisation will be offered a place
