NHS Oxfordshire’s regulatory checklist for first PNAs
NHS Oxfordshire has kindly shared their regulatory checklist for first PNAs. The checklist consists two sheets. Sheet 1 lists the requirements of regulations 3A to 3G and Schedule 3A of the NHS (Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations 2005, as amended. Sheet 2 lists further points contained within the guidance issued by DH. PCTs may find both lists useful to check their first PNA complies with the regulatory requirements prior to going out to consultation.
