The General Pharmaceutical Council has recently published lists of pharmacists and pharmacy premises that have been removed from the relevant register. This briefing provides advice to PCTs on action they may wish to take where they identify pharmacists that have been removed from the register and who are contractors included in their pharmaceutical list. It also provides advice where pharmacy premises included in a PCT’s pharmaceutical list have been removed from the register.
