Following visits to a number of PCTs by the secretariat to the advisory group on the NHS (Pharmaceutical Services) Regulations during June to August 2010, members have issued a statement regarding the requirement to publish controlled locality maps. PCTs should note the contents of the statement and ensure they are compliant with the regulatory requirements.
