A set of short movies is now available for viewing. These cover most of the basic features as well as some of the tasks mentioned, but not demonstrated, at the training events. They supplement the training and provide a useful refresher for everyday work.
The movies are split into 2 sections - user creation and permissions (U01-U04) and business workflow (Creation, approval, rejection etc. B01-B08).
Although the movie files are numbered, you may watch them in any order. All are sized for a 1024x768 (XGA) display and are non-interactive. Controls at the bottom of the frame allow you to rewind or pause the movie.
The movies will be updated as system functionality changes to reflect the new features. This may mean that some movies may look different to others, as branding and layout changes are reflected in the new content.
