Paragraphs 3.16 to 3.21 of the operating framework set out the plans for system management, with a series of measures designed to strengthen and improve system management (3.20) and a number of tools with which to do this (Annex C). NHS PCC is working closely with the Department of Health Commercial Directorate on this, specifically on NHS Supply2Health. Further guidance on what the new system management framework means in the context of commissioning dental services will be developed by NHS PCC.
