This Guidance has been produced to assist Primary Care Trusts in the assessment and determination of applications to provide NHS pharmaceutical services. This latest version incorporates all the amending regulations up to and including those that came into force on 17 September 2009.
10 November 2009 - Unfortunately an error has been discovered in the revised Control of Entry Guidance document published on 17 September 2009. The rural template on page 128 is wrong. The "no" and "yes" against the blue diamond are the wrong way round.
